The multidisciplinary Bachelor of Science (Agricultural and Environmental Sciences) - Major in Global Food Security explores food security from a variety of angles.
You鈥檒l learn about issues in nutrition, agriculture, international development, resource management, and environmental sciences through 42 credits of core courses and complete 24 credits of courses in a specialization of your choice. You can also pursue a research intensive Honours program in your final year.
