The Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer, aÌýmicrofluidics-based platform, offers solutions for sizing, quantification and quality control of DNA, RNA and proteins with minimal sample consumption.Ìý A selection of on chip gel electrophoresis kits is available.Ìý High quality digital data includes RIN algorithm (RNA Integrity Number).

PyroMark Q96 MD and PyroMark Q24

PyroMark Q96 MD and PyroMark Q24 instruments for 96-well or 24-well sequencing plates deliver fast and reliable qualitativeÌý sequencing data simultaneously with quantitative allele frequency information. Single-stranded sequencing templates from PCR products are prepared using the PyroMark Vacuum Prep Workstation which process 24 or 96 samples in parallel.

ADS software supports the assay design. CpG and PyroMark MD software enable the sequence and allele frequency analyses.
