Brain Developmental Expression Portal (Braindex)聽is an open source portal for exploring a published single-cell gene expression atlas of the developing mouse brain (). This web based application includes over twenty different visualizations, several of which may be downloaded in PDF file format for use in publications and presentations.
This app is developed and maintained by the聽Kleinman lab聽and it is released under the GNU Public License (GPL 3.0). Most of its current content was generated by Selin Jessa and Bhavyaa Chandarana.
