There are two ways to join a meeting depending on whether or not the meeting was scheduled via an electronic calendaring system.

Scheduled Meetings

Scheduled meetings appear on the Zoom Room controller for the current day. To join the meeting tap the Start button.

After the Web conferencing Cart joins the meeting,听configure the meeting experience.

Non-Scheduled Meetings

A non-scheduled meeting may be joined manually by tapping the Join button. You will need to know the Meeting ID and, optionally, the Passcode.

For the meeting used for illustration, the Meeting ID and passcode are required. These are entered on separate panels.
