All space is University space, as articulated in the Directive on the Allocation of University Space. Classrooms are considered centrally scheduled (CSCs) if any central funds were allocated to them by the TLSWG (Provost’s Policy on Open Access, 2008). Some important policies regarding centrally schedules classrooms:
-
CSCs are supported, managed, and upgraded centrally. Faculties should not be charged for repairs, upgrades, or modifications to centrally scheduled classrooms.
-
CSCs are scheduled by Enrolment Services in Ã山ǿ¼é’s timetabling system, as part of regular timetabling. Local Faculties are given priority booking where appropriate. 30% of booking time must remain available for Enrolment Services for scheduling.
NOTE: All course activity must be booked in Banner.
