New website for Theories and Interventions in Exercise and Health Psychology (TIE) Laboratory
Published: 7 June 2018
Led by Co-Directors Shane Sweet and Lindsay Duncan, of our Department of Kinesiology and Physical Education (KPE), the TIE Laboratory was founded to understand the psychosocial determinants of physical activity adoption and maintenance, and to promote this health behaviour through interventions.
TIE lab鈥檚 research and interventions are grounded in theoretical approaches to physical activity and health promotion among individuals, particularly those with chronic conditions (e.g., cancer, cardiovascular disease, and disability).
The laboratory鈥檚 new website is now live at www.mcgill.ca/tielab
