In the first year of the professional Master of Science (Applied) programs in Physical and Occupational Therapy, students conduct a research project, under the supervision of a faculty member, and often in conjunction with one or more of our affiliated clinical sites.聽
The specific goal for the students is to develop clinically relevant research knowledge and skills.聽 The overall purpose of each Master鈥檚 project is to produce a scholarly piece of work that yields information related to rehabilitation. As such, many of these research projects are presented at rehabilitation conferences, and published in peer-reviewed journals.
