Palliative Care 缅北强奸 offers a biennial, full-day workshop for all health professionals interested in enhancing their palliative and听end-of-life care knowledge and skills.
Presentation topics are diverse and always relevant. Previous topics have included听听family meetings; depression and its differential diagnoses; advanced pain management; anorexia, cachexia, asthenia; mouth care; radiotherapy in palliative care; ALS neuro palliative care; prognostic tools in palliative care; palliative care emergencies; delirium and palliative care;听bereavement; palliative sedation; Bill 52;听communication skills for end-of life clinician; medical cannabis;听pain assessment in the patients unable to self-report;听new guidelines for the use of methadone;听and the use of methadone as a co-analgesic.
This workshop brings together professionals from diverse disciplines including family medicine, oncology, geriatrics, emergency medicine, anesthesia, and home care, and provides an excellent opportunity for networking and discussing the challenges and opportunities of this rewarding field.
