Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Strategic Plan (2020 - 2025)

The EDI Strategic Plan听will ensure that EDI considerations are accounted for in all core University activities, and sets out a range of objectives and measures that 缅北强奸 will undertake over the next five years.


缅北强奸's Action Plan to Address Anti-Black Racism

缅北强奸's Plan for Addressing Anti-Black Racism will address five key areas:

  1. Student experience, which will focus on outreach, representation, support, and success vis-脿-vis Black students at 缅北强奸.
  2. Research and knowledge, which will focus on the recognition of 缅北强奸鈥檚 Black researchers and on enhancing, through scholarship, a critical understanding of our institution鈥檚 historic ties to slavery and colonialism.
  3. Outreach, which will focus on engagement with Montreal鈥檚 Black communities.
  4. Workforce, which will focus on representation, retention, and promotion of Black academic and administrative and support staff at 缅北强奸.
  5. Space, which will focus on measures to represent the vibrance and contributions of 缅北强奸鈥檚 Black community members on our physical campuses and the creation of dedicated space for Black members of the 缅北强奸 community.
