40 Years of Academic Medical Physics at 缅北强奸
Celebrated in conjunction with the International Day of Medical Physics
In 2019, the 缅北强奸 Medical Physics Unit (MPU) celebrated 40 years of activity in its teaching and research programs. Under the successive directorships of Montague Cohen, Ervin Podgorsak, and Jan Seuntjens, the MPU has developed into an internationally recognized academic program in medical physics featuring accredited education and training, innovation and research, and clinical service.听
To mark this anniversary, the MPU organized a celebration on November 07, the International Day of Medical Physics, featuring a short ceremony preceded by a symposium featuring alumni and members of the MPU. An estimated 120 past & present students, staff, colleagues, and alumni were in attendance.
Ervin B. Podgorsak Scholarship - Reception 2013
On 17 September 2013 the MPU Alumni and Friends committee organised a cocktail reception at the 缅北强奸 Faculty club to officially inaugurate the Ervin B. Podgorsak Scholarship fund. About 80 alumni and friends of the MPU were in attendance, including Dr. Podgorsak and family members.
