The Ã山ǿ¼é Library's Islamic Lithographs digital Collection is now live
The Islamic Studies Library Collections at Ã山ǿ¼é include over 750 lithographed volumes printed in the second half of the nineteenth century and the first half of the twentieth century in the Middle East (Egypt, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, and Turkey), North Africa (Morocco), and South Asia (India, Pakistan).
The Ã山ǿ¼é Library's Islamic Lithographs digital Collection started with a selection of sixteen Arabic lithographed books, which were physically displayed in the Islamic Studies Library between February 1st and September 30th 2014. The digitization of Islamic lithographs at Ã山ǿ¼é is now a work in progress, and this digital collection is therefore a continually updated resource.
