Donna Leon聽is the author of the highly acclaimed, internationally bestselling Commissario Guido Brunetti mystery series. The winner of the CWA Macallan Silver Dagger for Fiction, among other awards, Donna Leon lived in Venice for many years and now divides her time between Venice and Switzerland.
Judith Flanders聽is the author of the bestselling聽The Victorian House: Domestic Life from Childbirth to Deathbed(2003);聽A Circle of Sisters聽(2001), which was nominated for the聽Guardian聽First Book Award; the聽New York Timesbestselling聽The Invention of Murder聽(2001), shortlisted for the CWA Gold Dagger for Non-fiction;聽The Victorian City: Everyday Life in Dickens鈥 London聽(2012), shortlisted for the聽Los Angeles Times聽History Book of the Year; and聽The Making of Home聽(2014).
