Microagressions in the Workplace

This interactive workshop, facilitated by members of the Equity Team at the Office of the Provost and Vice-Principal (Academic), will support staff with learning how to identify, address and prevent microaggressions in the workplace. Participants will leave the workshop with a deepened knowledge of the impact of microaggressions on their fellow colleagues, as well as how to foster a work environment which minimizes the risk of microaggressions taking place.

Related psychosocial factors: psychological support, organizational culture, clear leadership & expectations, involvement & influence, workload management, engagement, and protection of physical safety.
