Microaggressions in the Workplace

This interactive workshop supports staff in understanding what microaggressions are, how to identify microaggressions in the workplace, and the different ways to approach addressing them.

At end of this workshop, staff will be able to:

  • Define what microaggressions are
  • Understand the impact of microaggressions on colleagues,
  • Consider how to foster a work environment which minimizes the risk of microaggressions taking place.
