Inclusive Leadership

Are you interested in leading your team in a way that is more equitable and inclusive? This interactive workshop provides a concrete exploration of the inclusive leader and is designed to support those who are in a supervisory role.

At end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Define what inclusive leadership means and how it relates to excellence
  • Explore the benefit of an inclusive leadership approach on team health and well-being
  • Access tools and resources to support their development as an inclusive leader听

  3. Note that an Outlook invitation will be shared with participants closer to the date of the workshop.
