Chemical Engineering 45^th Class Reunion

The tentative activities planned for our reunion are as follows:

Though an exact time and date is not yet defined, the following tours for our group are planned:

• • Macdonald and McConnel engineering buildings
  • Wong building where Chemical Engineering department now resides

Friday October 25^th 2024

• • Tentative breakfast at a downtown location to be defined
  • Engineering Dean's Reception on Friday, Oct. 25, 3:30-5:50pm. (The current Dean is Professor Viviane Yargeau who was Chemical Engineering department chair during our 40^th reunion)
  • 缅北强奸 Homecoming Football Game
  • Dinner at the downtown Keg
• Saturday October 26^th 2024:
  • Brunch at Dunn鈥檚
  • 45^th Dinner at Ros茅lys (Queen Elizabeth hotel) where we enjoyed our 40^th reunion dinner

Thus far, 16 classmates have confirmed they will attend the Saturday night dinner. 11 have not yet replied, and 3 have sent their regrets.

Class Gift

鈥淭he Class of 1979 fundraised 100k towards an endowed gift used to support the student initiative fund. This gracious gift has already dispersed roughly 15k towards various听out-of-the-classroom activities, such as students鈥� participation in Design Teams and Clubs. Thank you, Class of 1979!鈥�
