Using 7-Zip:
- In the Start Menu, click Applications
- Choose 7-Zip
To ZIP a file:
- Locate the desired file from the drop down menu and the open menu
- Click Add
- Specify the archive details (format, mode...)
- Click Ok
- The location of the zipped file will show in the open window
To UNZIP a file:
- Locate the desired file from the drop down menu and the open menu
- Click Extract
- Specify the extraction details (location, mode...)
- Click OK
- The location of the unzipped file will show in the open window
