Seeking Research Participants: Understanding the experiences of students with disabilities

Project Title: Understanding the experiences of students with disabilities: A study of self-determination and the quality of student life in postsecondary settings

Doctoral candidate in the School/Applied Child Psychology Program (缅北强奸 Education, Department of Educational and Counselling Psychology)听is conducting a research study as part of program requirements. This study is funded in part by the Fonds de Recherche sur la Socie虂te虂 et la Culture (FRQSC). This study has received ethical approval from 缅北强奸.

Seeking Participants who meet these qualifications:

  1. 18 and older.
  2. Self-identify as having any of the following disabilities:
    • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
    • Autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
    • Deaf and Hard of Hearing
    • Learning disabilities
    • Medical Disabilities or chronic medical conditions
    • Mental health conditions or psychiatric disabilities
    • Mobility Disabilities
    • Neurological disabilities
    • Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
  1. Are enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution

Participation involves:

  • Take part in an online survey that will take approximately 30 to 45 minutes to complete.
  • Participation is voluntary and confidential
  • Participants will be entered to win one of 10 gift certificates (iTunes, Amazon, Chapters) valued at 50$ value each!
