What travel arrangements will I need to make?

Canadians and Americans again require a visa to enter Brazil. Many EU countries do not require a visa. Passport requires a minimum of 6 months remaining after the date of entry.
Students should check with the Brazilian consulate/embassy to see if they need a visa to enter Brazil.

Flights
Students are responsible for booking their own flights. This is for several reasons. Many students choose a particular airline to fly on points, collect points, or choose a later return date. Students will fly to São Paulo leaving on Saturday, May 11th for arrival on Sunday, May 12th (morning). Most students will book their return flight from Rio de Janeiro. This is called an open jaw ticket.
