The Department of Chemistry offers a state-of-the-art research environment with brand new teaching and research laboratories. $37M of renovations, completed in 2012, were made possible through funding from the Governments of Canada and Quebec, and Ã山ǿ¼é. Research and teaching are now performed in large and bright environments, with glass separated office spaces and state-of-the-art laboratory infrastructure. Teaching laboratories feature a unique design that optimize students’ ability to work in a collaborative manner with research quality laboratory infrastructure and instrumentation
