We are currently experiencing an issue when accessing ProQuest Central links within Discovery (Sofia catalogue). The links are resolving to an error message that reads:

鈥淭he link you clicked triggered a search in ProQuest that did not find the item you were expecting. Required link information may be missing or incorrect. Ask your librarian or administrator for help.鈥

The technical issue we were experiencing with聽DeGruyter has been resolved. Thank you for your patience.


The Library is experiencing a technical issue with DeGruyter where access to all links is being blocked, and instead we are seeing an 鈥淯nspecified server error鈥 message.

We are currently working with DeGruyter to restore access and apologize for any inconvenience.

The week of November 22, the Library was experiencing two issues impacting user experience for Wiley and OverDrive e-book titles in which only a small portion of the Library's Wiley e-book titles were underrepresented in the Sofia catalogue and OverDrive holdings were overrepresented.

The original issue for Wiley has been fixed but the OverDrive issue, outlined below, is still outstanding.

Update (January 14, 2021):

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Library extended all loans due during the campus shutdown to January 11, 2021. On this date, most loans for accounts in good standing we rolled into the new loans policy (automatic聽renewal聽every 30 days). Some loans did not automatically renew for accounts in good standing and the Library is working to address this issue.聽

Items checked out to patrons with accounts that were聽not in good standing did not renew; these items are now overdue.
