From Surviving to Thriving: Resilience in Grad School is a workshop created by grad students, for grad students. You鈥檒l be guided through the roadmap to resilience and gain a deeper sense of community, strategies to reframe your challenges, and leave with an action plan to shift from surviving to thriving in grad school.
Are you a student聽as well as聽a聽parent? Do you聽find it challenging to balance聽family and academic obligations? Do you feel disconnected from your peers?聽Join our group聽and connect with other student-parents聽to receive聽support, ideas,聽and encouragement.聽Registrants may attend any or all sessions.
The Planning with Purpose information session is an introduction to the Individual Development Plan (IDP) at 缅北强奸. This session covers the process and building blocks of creating a meaningful IDP and goal setting.
