Join the Digital Wellbeing Initiative, a dynamic 6-session group designed to cultivate mindfulness about screen time and its impacts. This group will offer practical strategies and insights to help you manage your digital consumption and enhance your overall wellbeing.

Tap into your story and explore your voice in an environment of dignity, courage, and respect. No experience is required! Every workshop is unique.

One of the best ways to build motivation is by getting started. Start your week strong by joining a 30-minute "plan your week" session on Monday mornings.
Stay on track with a 30min 鈥減lan your week鈥 session on Monday mornings. Meet with a group of peers to set your intentions, boost motivation, troubleshoot challenges, and (most importantly) take the pressure off! Co-facilitated by Devon, your local wellness advisor, and April, myPath program officer.
Do you have difficulty coping with stress? Feel you lack a sense of personal control in your life? Do you struggle with setting goals and problem-solving? Join this workshop to acquire the skills to effectively cope with stress and feel comfortable utilizing these skills when needed.
