Meet with a group of peers to set your intentions, boost motivation, troubleshoot challenges, and (most importantly) take the pressure off! Co-facilitated by Devon, your local wellness advisor, and April, myPath program officer.

This workshop is Part 2 in a series of 4 short skill-based workshops designed to explore a skill from each of the 4 modules of Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). Each workshop is designed to stand alone but participants are also invited to attend all 4.
Distress tolerance is a core skill that is useful in times of crisis. This 2-session workshop will teach you concrete skills such as radical acceptance, improving the moment, and self-soothing to better cope in challenging/stressful situations.听听Please plan on attending both dates.
