You'll learn what is a venture capital fund, its structure and how they operate, and what VCs look for in an early stage innovation driven venture. You'll also learn about the typical elements of a term sheet in connection with equity investments and SAFEs, and caveats when raising money. Finally, we'll explain how a capitalization table works and finish off with a brief overview of minority shareholder rights.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly impacting how we learn about the brain and take care of our brain health. While AI has potential to support equity, such as by facilitating access to health care, it also brings major risks of deepening biases and harmful processes that are already present in our society. Proactive, intentional practices are key to building technologies that benefit a diverse population and foster well-being for all.
Come meet our wonderful Handlers and Dogs who are trained in providing you with comfort and stress relief. A Hub Peer Supporter will also be present to answer any questions you may have about the Student Wellness Hub and its services and to provide peer support and health navigation.
