Second edition of MUHC Men鈥檚 Health Weekend raises awareness about male reproduction and other health issues for men at Rockland Shopping Centre, June 15 & 16, 2007

For the second year in a row, the MUHC is sponsoring a men鈥檚 health awareness event to raise public awareness of health issues for men such as testis, prostate, kidney and bladder cancers, as well as infertility, sexual dysfunction, heart and lung diseases, sleep apnea, eye care and smoking cessation.

Dr. Chan of the MUHC Urology Division and his colleagues are organizing a two-day public event called the MUHC Men鈥檚 Health Weekend at Rockland Shopping Centre on this Father鈥檚 Day weekend, June 15 and 16 (Friday & Saturday), 2007, starting at 9:00 am. MUHC physicians, nurses, medical students and technicians will offer medical check-ups including prostate cancer screenings. There will also be several public lectures and presentations on various men鈥檚 health issues. This event is open to the public and free of charge so you can bring the men you love to the MUHC Men鈥檚 Health Weekend on this Father鈥檚 Day weekend.
