Skills for Managing Anxiety & Stress
Do you have difficulty coping with stress? Feel you lack a sense of personal control in your life? Do you struggle with setting goals and problem-solving? Join this workshop to acquire the skills to effectively cope with stress and feel comfortable utilizing these skills when needed. This 2 session workshop will focus on discovering the effects of stress on the body, discussing and practicing skills for managing stress, and creating individual action plans.ÌýNote: This workshop consists of twoÌýsessions. Please plan on attending both dates Tuesday, February 11 & 18, 2025.
