Having difficulty getting started? Do you find yourself putting off tasks? Join this workshop to (1) develop an awareness of what is procrastination and how you procrastinate, (2) identify how procrastination works, and (3) discuss how to change "procrastination to "doing."

Register 24 hours prior to the start time of the workshop to receive the invitation to the online meeting.

Ã山ǿ¼é is on land which has served and continues to serve as a site of meeting and exchange amongst Indigenous peoples, including the Haudenosaunee and Anishinabeg nations. This land acknowledgement is shared as a starting point to provide context for further learning and action.
