MFM is a new initiative spearheaded by the听Advanced BioImaging Facility (ABIF), the听Cell Imaging and Analysis Network (CIAN)听and the听听that will provide public awareness, recycling, and elimination of mercury based light sources for microscopy.
The session will include:
- Introduction to the MFM initiative and the 缅北强奸 Sustainability Projects Fund
- Presentation of alternatives to mercury-based illumination sources
- Scientific data comparing several illumination systems to traditional mercury based lamps
- Vendor Exhibits of currently available state-of-the-art mercury free technologies
Registration is free, but mandatory and lunch will be provided!
