Droit privé 4 : A study of private and public control of land use and development, including: constitutional jurisdiction; provincial, regional and local planning; regulatory and discretionary tools (e.g., zoning by-laws, subdivision control, site-plan control), acquired rights; expropriation, land values and compensation, protection of sensitive areas (e.g. heritage property, agricultural land).
