Droit comparé : Historical contextualization of underlying trade principles; assessment of the interface between multilateral trade dispute resolution and domestic regulatory action in distinct public policy domains; consideration of internationalization claims, harmonization claims and the implications of trade regulation for democratic theory; particular attention to the WTO, selected regional agreements and the UN.
