Le certificat de développement professionnel en conseil de gestion de l'aviation s'adresse aux personnes qui souhaitent faire carrière comme conseillers indépendants ou au sein d'une grande société d'experts-conseils. Une importance particulière est accordée aux sujets suivants : processus de consultation, méthodologies et outils du conseil, éthique en pratique professionnelle, gestion de projets aériens, durabilité du changement, aptitudes à communiquer et enjeux clés de l'industrie de l'aviation. Ce programme satisfait aux exigences du titre professionnel de Conseiller en management certifié (CMC) administré par l'Association canadienne des conseillers en management.

    Affaires : Using a practical approach, this course covers the fundamental knowledge, methodologies, tools, techniques and standards for the professional management consultant, the five stages of the consulting process, as well as working as part of a consulting team. This course is valuable to anyone who wants to deliver superior service to their clients, or is considering pursuing the CMC designation. This is the keystone course for the Professional Development Certificate in Management Consulting.

    Affaires : This course deals with the ethical decision process in the business context. It helps students understand various ethical systems and norms of behaviour and draw conclusions as to the right, proper and just decisions and actions in the face of moral dilemmas. It also covers the legal and ethical liabilities and responsibilities of a management consultant in both private and public organizations. Through readings, case studies, discussions and projects, the course explains how to avoid and resolve ethical dilemmas often faced by a management consultant.

    Affaires : The objective of this course is to provide aviation industry professionals with a solid project management methodology. Participants will use their own aviation projects to apply concepts taught throughout the course. Emphasis is placed on the following areas: project management concepts and definitions, project management process groups and knowledge areas, definition and content of a project charter. Participants learn how to prepare a project plan using MS Project 2010 software in a ‘hands-on’ laboratory setting.
