脡conomie (Arts) : The course introduces students to the economics of international trade, what constitutes good trade policy, and how trade policy is decided. The course examines Canadian trade policy since 1945, including the GATT, Auto Pact, the FTA and NAFTA, and concludes with special topics in trade policy.
