Business : An overview of fundamental concepts and approaches in workplace learning and knowledge management. Topics include: understanding workplace learning concepts, work and learning trends, workplace environments and relationships, roles, rights and responsibilities of employers and employees, strategies used by organizations to retain important knowledge assets, self-management, organizational skills and transferrable skills.
