Overview

Management Science (CCE) : The objective of this course is to bring together several key concepts related to Total Quality Management. The topics include: Top Management Commitment, Leadership Style, Bench Marking, Employee Involvement, Human Resource Utilization, Employee Motivation, Quality Function Deployment, Statistical Techniques for Quality Improvement, including the seven tools of quality, statistical process control, design of experiments, Taguchi's methods and quality in the service industry.

Terms: This course is not scheduled for the 2011-2012 academic year.
