Facilities

• Apartment style housing with kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom. The building has a computer lab, TV lounge, study room, and a games room (pool table, piano and arcade games). Apartments have spacious interiors, high ceilings and oversized windows that flood with plenty of natural light.
• There is a total of 105 apartments housing 280 students in studio units, double rooms and 2, 3, 4 bedroom apartments.
• Apartments are furnished with Twin size bed and mattress (some may be loft beds), desk, dresser, bookshelf, lamp, drapery. Kitchens and living areas have a refrigerator, stove, dining table and chairs, sofa, lamp, and drapery.
• Front desk Monday - Friday 9h00 to 17h00 and roving security agents. Locked entrance with intercom.
• On-site laundry facilities included in the rent. The use of washers and dryers in the residence buildings are available 24/7 at no additional charge.
• On-site maintenance staff, storage, underground parking available (extra fee).

Rent includes the cost of laundry facilities

Lease is for a period of 10.5 months August 15 2024 - June 30, 2025. Possibility to renew the lease and to return to the same apartment each year. Only applicable to full time registered 缅北强奸 students.

• This residence houses a total of 9 students with single rooms of varying sizes.
• Located on the western border of the downtown campus, this residence is very close to both the Faculty of Law and Faculty of Medicine.
• Students share common spaces including living room, kitchen, washrooms and on site laundry.

3710 Peel Street

• This residence houses a total of 5 students with single rooms.
• Located on the western border of the downtown campus, this residence is very close to both the Faculty of Law and Faculty of Medicine.
• Students share common spaces including living room, kitchen, washrooms.

• This residence is an ALL-MEN house for 5 students in single rooms.
• Students share common spaces including washroom, kitchen.

Facilities

• Self-contained units with fully furnished apartment of either two or six private single bedrooms.
• 20 two-bedroom duplex units with bathroom. 10 six-bedroom sixplex units with 4 bathrooms. Duplexes can have an 8 or 12 month lease. Sixplexes have only 8 month leases.
• Fully furnished bedrooms with a desk, dresser and closet space. Kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator and microwaves. Communal living areas equipped with a coffee table and couches. Communal dining area equipped with dining table and chairs.
• The 24 hour on-campus security office is within a short walking distance. Key access to front entrance and individual rooms.
• There is no Mandatory meal plan for students residing on Macdonald Campus. Students can use their oneCard to make purchases at Caf茅 T.W.I.G.S on campus. Students may access and eat at the Ceilidh Restaurant on campus.
