Cutting Edge Lecture in Science
By聽Maryam Tabrizian聽 (Professor, Biomedical Engineering, Professor, Faculty of Dentistry, James 缅北强奸 Professor, 缅北强奸 and Associate Member, Sainte-Justine Hospital). Dr. Tabrizian works聽on surface and biointerface, and the modification of the biomaterials聽 and their surfaces to make them more attractive for the biological environment.聽
She will focus her talk on the use of chitosan, a polysaccharide or 鈥榗omplex sugar鈥�, that is available in various forms in our foods and acts as a shell or biocompatible material. This material is聽body-environment friendly.
