Homer鈥檚 Iliad聽staged as a one-person show? In a Museum? Watch the performance of 缅北强奸 Classics professor聽Lynn Kozak聽return the epic Greek poem to its origins, as a dramatic oral presentation for a small intimate audience. Presented to you in the museum's Victorian-style auditorium,聽 this one-hour adaptation recreates the poem for a contemporary audience.

Please arrive at 14h30 to reserve your ticket at the welcome desk.听Space in the auditorium is limited.

Pre-show introduction to the history of theatre: Join us for a guided tour of the Greek and Roman artifacts on display in our聽World Cultures exhibit. You will admire terracotta聽statues of theatre characters, a聽Roman聽mosaic聽and聽miniature聽theatrical聽masks,聽while learning all about the聽theatre and the Iliad poem.
