Dr. Tabrizian worksÌýon surface and biointerface, and the modification of the biomaterialsÌý and their surfacec to make them more attractive for the biological environment.Ìý

She will focus her talk on the use of chitosan, a polysaccharide or ‘complex sugar’ , that is available in various forms in our foods and acts as a shell or biocompatible material. This material isÌýbody-environment friendly. Reception follows talk in entrance hall of Museum. Everyone Welcome. No reservation necessary.
