The small animal research unit (SARU), with a housing system for rodent animal models, guinea pigs, neonatal pigs and rabbits, is a Faculty facility that provides resources for small-animal models that are used for the understanding of basic scientific issues and/or as preliminary models for large-animal/human research studies.听

Replacement of the cooling coil of the Small Animal research unit located in Macdonald-Stewart building.
Project Scope:
Replace cooling coil for a couple of years to maintain cooling capabilities until a DM project can be started to address wider issues in the area.
