The new partnership between the Tanenbaum Open Science Institute (TOSI) at The Neuro and the at the University of Calgary is an 鈥渆normously encouraging and exciting鈥� step towards establishing an Open Science network in Canada, said Heather Munroe-Blum, TOSI co-founder and Principal Emerita of 缅北强奸.
