The Spiritual Side of Yoga Session 1: Introduction to Yoga Beyond the Mat
Join MORSL in exploring聽the spiritual side of yoga. Happening 6:00 -7:00 PM on Wednesdays for a total of 6 weeks, this class is informative, soothing and meditative, and suited for every body and all levels. Every session includes learning spiritual concepts from yogic traditions and plenty of time to put them into practice on the mat. This first class is as an "Introduction to Yoga Beyond the Mat." Registration is required for each individual session.

Feb. 5th:聽"Pranayama," a practice of connecting with the breath
Feb. 12th:聽"Mudras and Mantras," other ways of connection
Feb. 19th:"Meditation," easing into silence and stillness
Feb. 26th:聽"Hope," cultivation of resilience
