This is THE time of year to see the wild flowers on a stroll through the maple grove in full bloom. Biologist Robert Prairie will introduce you to different species of spring ephemerals, their life cycles and reproductive strategies.

Wear: Appropriate outdoor clothing including waterproof boots
Bring: Camera, binoculars, field guides, water and a snack
Cost (tax and parking included): This field trip is free of charge but Arboretum entry fees apply to non-members: Adult $8, Child $4.50, Senior and Student $5.50, Family $20
