Title: A spine construction for interacting populations
Abstract: We are interested in populations where individual transition rates (deaths, births, movements, mutations...) are dependent on population densities. We are motivated in particular by increasing mortality or decreasing natality due to competition or regulation. The objective is to describe the ancestral lineage of a sample at a given time, using a progressive Markovian construction. We will focus on unstructured population (no trait or space) and we will give an example of application and describe a phase transition in a simple fragmentation growth model with competition. Finally, from the remaining time, we discuss another application or the extension of the construction to structured populations.
