PhD Oral Defense of Ademola Adekunle, Bioresource Engineering

With the burden of resource depletion and increasing pollution already causing climate change, the need for sustainable approaches to every aspect of life has increased the attractiveness of biological environmental monitoring (biosensing). Bioelectrochemical systems (BESs) such as microbial fuel cell (MFC) and microbial electrolysis cell (MEC) are now being explored for biosensing as they have the potential of achieving the desired sustainable operation. This thesis contributes to improving the use of BES-based sensors for environmental monitoring and also focuses on solving some of the current challenges that may prevent their practical and sustainable deployment.

Everyone in the 缅北强奸 community is welcome to attend a PhD oral defense. Please join us in celebrating the accomplishments of our PhD candidates.
