Josée Fiset graduated from HEC in Montreal with a degree in Marketing.Ìý In 1992, with her mother and two brothers, Ms. Fiset founded Première Moisson as a single-store bakery.Ìý Over the last 22 years, Première Moisson has grown into the leader in the artisan bakery and pastry sector, and a major player in the production and marketing of authentic, premium quality charcuteries and ready-to-eat offerings in Quebec. Ms. Fiset is the Vice-President and general manager of the company’s retail network. Ms. Fiset is responsible for reinforcing the company’s values and vision across the organization; she is also a grass-roots, detail-oriented perfectionist connected to individual affiliates and customers. Ms. Fiset is the co-author of two books.

Première Moisson, founded in 1992, is a family operated seller of artisanal breads, pastries and charcuteries. It sells its products through its 24 retail bakeries across Quebec and through grocery stores across Quebec and Ontario. The company has over 1,200 employees and over $100 million in sales. Première Moisson recently sold a majority stake to Metro, its largest grocery partner.Ìý The Colpron-Fiset family will continue operating the company and retain a 25% minority stake.
