Eating for a better tomorrow
March is Nutrition month!  What better way, to mark the occasion, than to invite one of our very own School of Human Nutrition students to introduce this year’s theme – Unlock the Potential of Food – at a lunch time information session for all staff.
You are invited to hear Emily Zidel, third-year Human Nutrition student, present her topic “Eating for a better tomorrowâ€.
Emily will more specifically address how to reduce risks of developing chronic diseases (cardiovascular diseases, type 2 diabetes, dementia and some types of cancer) through the adoption of a nutritious diet.Â
