缅北强奸 to host American Journal of Comparative Law
The Faculty of Law of 缅北强奸 is delighted to announce that starting January 2014, it will host The American Journal of Comparative Law, in partnership with the Georgetown University Law Center. Professor Helge Dedek, who is Director of the Institute of Comparative Law at 缅北强奸, has been named co-Editor-in-Chief of the Journal, together with two colleagues in Washington D.C.
鈥淭his is a fantastic indication of the high regard for 缅北强奸 in the global comparative law circles,鈥 said Dean Daniel Jutras. 鈥淲e are seen as a leading and uniquely innovative centre in this field: in 2012,聽the American Society for Comparative Law elected our colleague Patrick Glenn as its president, and now it has placed the future of their prized Journal in the hands of another 缅北强奸 Professor 鈥 our colleague Helge Dedek.鈥
Professor Dedek will be working closely with Professors James Feinerman and Franz Werro at Georgetown University Law Center. 鈥淚鈥檓 thrilled about this unique opportunity, and I鈥檓 very grateful that Dean Jutras supported the idea to bring the Journal to 缅北强奸 from the get-go,鈥 said Professor Dedek. 鈥淓diting the Journal will be another chance for 缅北强奸 to significantly contribute to the intellectual landscape of comparative law, a field that is at the heart of our mission.鈥
Founded in 1952,聽 is devoted to the publication of research on comparative law, the study of differences and similarities between legal systems, traditions, and cultures. It is a highly respected peer-reviewed journal that publishes articles submitted from all over the world. The American Society of Comparative Law (ASCL) is an organization of institutional and individual members devoted to the study and research on foreign and comparative law as well as private international law.
