Trade Agreements and Sustainable Development in an Age of Rising Protectionism
The 缅北强奸 Journal of Sustainable Development Law (MJSDL) is hosting its 5th annual colloquium, where speakers will explore the intersections of trade law and sustainable development, within the context of rising protectionism and trade agreement (re)negotiations.
Topics of focus include: international arbitration and investor-state dispute resolution, food system localization in the face of trade agreements, and the convergence of international trade law with Indigenous laws and customs, as it relates to nation-to-nation trade and commerce.
