Naoya Katayama, Dean of Keio University Law School, Professor Naoki Kanayama (Keio University Law School), and Professor Hidenari Kou (Kanazawa University) will discuss the notions of 鈥�thing鈥� and 鈥�property鈥�, the notion of possession, and the question of administration of property and its legal regime under Japanese law.
