2018 Nappert Prize in International Arbitration Symposium
The three winners of the 2018 Nappert Prize in International Arbitration have been selected, and they are now invited to a Symposium to present their papers and compete for a further oral prize.

About the winners
Dina Prokic (first prize)
鈥SIAC Proposal on Cross-Institution Consolidation Protocol: Can It Be Transplanted into Investment Arbitration?"
Dina Prokic is a graduate of the University of Belgrade鈥檚 Faculty of Law (bachelor's and master's degrees) and the 缅北强奸 Faculty of Law (BCL/LLB鈥17). She has worked at the UN Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), KNOETZL Rechtsanw盲lte GmbH and, most recently, Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP in London. Dina is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
Alastair Simon Chetty (second prize)
鈥淓mbracing Practical Solutions in Dealing with the Distinct Shades of Abuse of Process in Investment Arbitration鈥
Alastair Simon Chetty is a graduate of the National University of Singapore (LLB 鈥18) and is currently a candidate of the Singapore Bar Examinations. He has worked as an Assistant Editor of the Asian Journal of International Law, and later undertook a one-year internship with the UN Office of Legal Affairs (Codification Division) in New York. Alastair has also undertaken attachments at the Attorney-General鈥檚 Chambers and Ministry of Law in Singapore, and has provided research assistance to the Singapore Nuclear Policy Research Programme.
Ella Wisniewski (third prize)
"A Changing Climate: The Future of Legitimate Expectations in Energy Investment Disputes鈥
Ella Wisniewski is a solicitor in the Disputes team of Herbert Smith Freehills, Perth. Ella is a 2017 graduate of Humboldt University of Berlin's LL.M in International Dispute Resolution, whichfocusedon international commercial arbitration, cross-border litigation and investor-state dispute resolution. Whilst studying in Berlin, Ella interned at WAGNER Arbitration and the German Institution of Dispute Resolution (DIS).
The oral segment of the Nappert Prize will be judged by a distinguished panel of experts:
